Juno Omakase Pop-up Restaurant

Juno is the closest thing to the non-restaurant any chef dreams of. A space that has been transformed into a Japanese Pop-Up Restaurant in the search for “the unexpected”, a space designed by Pensando en blanco™ in collaboration with Ondarreta, who equips and names the space with their new Collection called Juno.

The access door to the events is given by a combination between the list of chefs’ recommendations and the organization. The collaboration of ONDARRETA related to the proposal offers the possibility of dressing a unique space ad-hoc with the JUNO family. 25 people around a chef who does not reveal himself, just like his menu, hence the concept “Omakase”, a Japanese expression that means “I leave it in your hands”, leaving the chef to prepare what he wants, the client cannot choose, and must accept the dish that comes to the table.

Pop-Ups have become popular in recent years. Traditionally they use empty spaces for art exhibitions, products, restaurants or talks, among others. They can last a few hours or a few weeks depending on the proposal. Pop up events or pop-up events are a combination of the expected with the unexpected. The place, the time and the secret exclusivity increase the enthusiasm and curiosity around the proposals and calls.
